The clear plastic piece goes inside your phone case and you can use it to hang any phone charms!!! The bracelet part itself is also very handy, and the metal ring is very sturdy! I used this at a family event and didn't have to worry about dropping my phone or accidentally swinging it into a table. It kept my phone close enough to my wrist to not swing around, but far enough to still be able to type while wearing it. You can still charge your phone with it as well. I bought one for my mom too and she loves it!

Absolutely brilliant but you need a snap on case where the plastic piece of this goes between your case and phone.

I have an Adhesive case so it interrupts the space between my phone and case and it falls off but if you have a regular snap case you're going to Love this. ❤️
