I use these for my senior client to help her remember when to wash her hair. These pads are great for planning out the week(s) ahead. Also great to place in a journal or weekly planner.
I use this to plan out my meals for the week. Colors are cute, the paper doesn't feel cheap/too thin, and the whole pad holds together well without it being hard to tear off individual sheets.
