Can't beat the price!

I bought all 3 bands to use in my morning routine. I am disabled and it's very hard for me to get to the gym. These bands are great quality, and you can't beat the price!

glad i got the heaviest option

these fold down to be super small, but are just a normal resistance band. i’d say i’m intermediate and not that muscular, but i think anything less than the heavy band would be too light for me
