This first aid kit is about 4.5"×2"×3" which is really compact and great if you want something portable to fit into a purse and carry anywhere.
Even though it's small, it can still fit a lot of things, as I have tried myself, and this is what I currently have/added in mine and how I fit it in there.
Stacked on top of each other (from top to bottom):
- 13 Band-Aids 1"×3".
- Military Energy Gum Caffeine Gum (1 packet of 5 pieces).
- 1 Strip/column of medication (for me that's 5 tablets of a ferrous sulfate prescription I already had).
- Small Roll of Medical Tape (included in first aid kit).
- Small Scissors (included in first aid kit).
- 5 Adhesive Bandages (included in first aid kit).
- 2 Alcohol Pads (included in first aid kit).
- 5 Sterile 12-Ply Gauze Pads 2"×2 (1 included in first aid kit + 4 more from CVS).
- 2-Pack Motion Sickness Patches from Shop Miss A.
- 4 Packets of Emergen-C 1,000mg Vitamin C Flavored Drink Mix.
- HotHands Hand Warmers 2-pack (folded in half at the crease).
- Best Glide ASE Fresnel Lens (credit card size with protective sleeve).
Tucked into the Sides:
- Tweezers (included in first aid kit) in front.
- 2 Compressed Towel Tablets from Shop Miss A, one on each side.
- 10 Safety Pins (included in first aid kit) in back.
- Duro Super Glue Gel 0.07oz/2g in back.
All that and it still zips easily, as long as the packets edges are inside the bag. I had also fit an emergency mylar blanket in there before, but since those are like 1 inch thick folded up, I had to take it out to make room for everything else. Still impressed though, you can really customize it to your needs.
