Literal life saver for menstrual cramps. The thermacare’s are 4/10.50$ & sometimes don’t even get warm. These always get warm & a great price. The straps some times do ride up but you can make them tighter when u first or them on. My only goes is they sell out so quick

The heat emitted is long lasting and there's no noticeable scent.
They're not a standalone patch. The straps are stretchy and go around your body; closing with velcro. I would guess-timate they can fit up to a women's size 22/24 comfortably.
