    How do you open it?

    How do you actually use this? I’ve tried spinning the ball and just pulling it open but nothing is happening

    Won't unscrew

    The ball spins but won't come undone. I've tried everything. I've been sitting here for thirty minutes, righty tighty left loosey-ing till I'm crazy. I've cleaned it with alcohol, I've used nitrile gloves, I've used pliers. Nothing works.

    These were obviously bought in bulk from some place like Ali Express and weren't properly QA'd.
