Has to be warmed up before it can be applied

The shade is a beautiful true navy. In order for it to have adequate amounts of payoff, however, you have to warm it up on the back of your hand or warm it up using the flame from a lighter. Once it is on, it doesn't smudge or move around. It is just a bit of a hassle to apply.
