I love to add this detangling brush to my shower, it helps the conditioner smooth out my hair.

This detangles my thick hair easily. The wide teeth make it easy to get tangles out of wet hair without worrying that I'm going to rip my hair out. I use this after every shower with my leave in conditioner and again before blow dry with a heat primer. I'm back to buy another as a backup and one for my SIL's hair themed birthday goodie basket.
