Never used a powder puff before but this applied my powder beautifully.

Do Not Regret Purchasing

I have seen powder puffs all over social media and was nervous to try one. This was super soft and applied my pressed powder (AOA) nicely! I like to rub it in the powder and then tap it on the back of my hand before applying.
