Curls the lashes. Of course. It's not metal or heated, but it's glittery and works well. A cute item I wanted on impulse, being honest. It comes with an extra lash pad, too. Again, cute and glittery.

Cute, but..

This eyelash curler is very cute and it's very small and fits into my bag nicely, but it doesn't really curl my eyelashes very well. I really like the design though.
