i bought this bc i loved the color in the picture, but it’s not a matte shade like i assumed
I bought "hippie" because I was curious if this shade was going to be pigmented. Bright, neon, or pastel shades that are cheap tend to be pretty chalky and unpigmented. Unfortunately, this shade is just that. Its not terrible for a $1. You can build this shade up to be more pigmented. But it takes a lot effort to make it look good. IMO I would recommend other AOA shades instead of this one.

Even with primer I just couldn't get this shadow to work for me which is a bummer. I had to go in several times for the color to show on my lid not as vibrant as it appears. I paired this with a shadow from another palette and it definitely didn't compare as far as pigmentation, and faded away rather quickly
