AOA Shadow Saver Eye Primer

This might be the worst shadow primer I've ever tried. The tint is so sheer it doesn't cancel out the veins on my lids. It goes on feeling greasy and although it does set to a matte finish, that greasy feeling never goes away completely. The last thing my lids needed was more oil, especially since it didn't even make my shadows more vibrant or opaque. My eye makeup looked the same as it does with no primer but it creased more and even faster. Photo is the light shade blended out and freshly swatched.

There is nothing I understand at all about this formula; it's mostly mineral oil, water, and glycerin with some silicones. If you have oily eyelids or live in a hot climate, I would stay away. Much like using petroleum jelly as an eye primer, it will grab your shadow and hold it making it look vibrant and intense AT FIRST but it will melt and crease like crazy. AND it has FRAGRANCE? Why do our eyelids need to be perfumed? You're making your products inaccessible for people with sensitivity to smell and sensitive skin or eyes. The cosmetics industry continues to ignore consumers' pleas to omit pointless perfumes from face products but I expect better from Miss A.
