This made from a very brittle plastic. It is best suited for the toughest corners of the heel, as I find it too rough for other parts of the foot. Note that because it crumbles, flakes of plastic will be washed down the drain (and end up as bits of micro plastic in the environment?) -see photo.
This is the best pumice bar!!! I have two others from other places and this one really got the dead skin off fast and easily. I used it after my shower and me feet are like baby feet now. It does shed the little pink stuff some but it works and does what it is supposed to do.
It like foam I thought it was going to be hard like a rock but it works
