I like it

This is a good eyeliner, fairly long wearing. It is a neutral brown, not dark or warm. I have cool toned skin and this works for me. I like it.

Not quite

The pigment, application, and look were nice but I would ONLY use this if you like the smudge look. Precision was not its strong suit nor was its staying power.
