Listen, these eyeshadows are absolutely beautiful and pigmented. They are super high quality and soft. The color pay off is off the chain and the black shade is so pigmented which hard for a lot brands to pull off

I ordered all four.....several came shattered....I got in touch with Customer Service....I got a run around with...sending them picture...replying to the emails...getting emails from them saying they NEVER heard back from me ..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have been ordering for YEARS from ShopMissA!! This was the first time I had to get in touch with Customer Service...& I hope I never have to contact them over anything else ever!!!!!!! I can not review the pallets because the shattered ones mucked up the whole package....😠🤨
