Love it

I love this!! I started by doing a side by side, with and without it, and wow it really was blurring. I can’t believe this is only a dollar!

It works...

I am really enjoying this primer both with and without foundation. I have had absolutely no problems with pilling, you only need a small amount. I guess it could depend on your skincare or moisturizer? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Idk, but I've seen nothing but great results and smooth skin since I've started using this primer! I will definitely be buying more!

Better than Clinique’s Instant Pore Perfector

I have been using the Instant Pore Perfector from Clinique for 20 years. Till now, it has been the best pore-filler I could find to hide my large pores and a few ice-pick scars I have on my cheeks and forehead. I was happy to pay $30+ for the near perfect complexion it gave me but not anymore. I am shocked to see that the AOA Blur-fection primer in Nude and Transparent are better and you need less too. The Clinique filler is used AFTER your makeup is on (but I use it before any powders) and likewise, if you use the AOA primer AFTER your makeup is on, you’ll get the perfect results from it too. If you use these type of pore blurring products before your makeup, it just gets moved around. From $30+ to $1?!? Yes please!! Woot woot!!

Needs some powder to help, but a great prime overall!

I mean for the price you can't beat it! It definitely does have a smoothing effect on the skin and makes foundation sit nicely but it doesn't do well with keeping oilyness at bay. After a few hours I was pretty shiny, but I'm sure with setting powder it would be fine! :)

Wondered if it would dupe the e.l.f. putty primer . . .

It's a lot more greasy than the e.l.f., and since I'm a greasy girl, but ageing and in the weird climate of MN, which is humid and hot in the summer, and dry and frigid in the winter, I'm going to see if this performs better for me in the winter months. I'll also try a side-by-side comparison with this and the e.l.f. It wasn't great, and wasn't horrible. But I didn't notice a lot of great effects. I'll try it with my favorite AOA Studio BB cream and see how it is. I'll post on IG @40rtyPluss
