I bought the olive oil lotion with these and lather it on. Then I stretch the sock on. I’ve tried leaving it on all different lengths of time but it works about the same. An hour is my minimum. Walking can be tough in the socks because the inside is slippery but it can be done. Don’t be afraid to stretch these to get them on. Highly recommend.

These spa socks are brilliant! I use them when I go to bed. Just put cream on my feet, pop on the socks and in the morning my feet are extremely soft.
