Best Waterproof Eyeliner EVER!!

This eyeliner is better than NYX or any other I have tried. I’ve had it on my hand and washing it all day and it’s not coming off! Definitely cry proof and humidity proof which is a must for me living in south Florida. I’ll buy again and again, especially for the price! A must have from ShopMissA!
