Like all clear color changing products, this has an oil based formula and turns into a sheer pink. This is technically the same color on everyone, but it will look different on everyone due to its sheer color, and it will look good on everyone because a true neutral pink that is sheer and doesn't have any white or black pigment suits everyone. However, the darker your skin tone, the more product you will need. This has a decent amount of pigment for my light skin, enough to show up well, but not enough to stain my fingers badly. I can't say how well it will show up on dark skin.
This product is very moisturizing. In the winter, when skin easily becomes dry, this is a nice product. Due to the oil based formula (which again, all color changing products have, because the oil allows the PH reactive color to remain unactivated) this may or may not play well with other makeup, depending on the formula. I expect to use this a lot on winter days when I want to lock in moisture, on light makeup days.
PH reactive color changing makeup is a little gimmicky, but it's still very fun, and at this price, it's definitely worth it! (I do wish people would make more non-clear PH changing makeup. It would be so cool to see a green mix with the invisible red to make a nude color, or to have a blue mix with it to form a purple.)
