Love the brush the bristles feel good and have not had any hairs fall out!
I like how big, soft, and fluffy this brush is! Only minus 1 point because there's a random rough bristle sticking out at the base (see picture).
Bought this for gift but I ended up keeping around because the quality doesn't look presentable. This particular has a exposed thread at the base. I'll stick with the sponges from the new line but skip the brushes. The customer service also takes forever to respond to order issues.
