Tacky Base Glitter Adhesive locks down glitter, shimmer, or metallic shadows and enhance their reflective quality. Tap a small amount onto bare lids to lock glitter down.
How to Use:
On dry eyelids, apply a small amount and blend out evenly. Then apply your glitter or shimmer eyeshadows and pigments on top!

A+ Tacky Base: Glitter Adhesive
OK, I ordered this for a festival and it didn't make it in time so I honestly forgot about it until yesterday. I put it on with glitter from the eyeshadow palette "Come Glosser" and it was beautiful! I totally didn't know how to apply it and I actually ended up wiping some of the primer OFF my eye and still decided to put some glitter on top. The left side had a less tacky base than the right side, but it held SO GOOD. The image of me looking down was 4 hours after I applied it. The image of me looking into the camera was about 10 hrs, and the image of me looking to the side was 15+ hours. I had been in the crazy California bay area rain and it looked AMAZING even at the 10 hr mark. I was soooo impressed and would recommend this to literally everyone. I just don't know how to apply it properly!
This is the perfect tacky base for my glittery and more lose shadows, it will intensify pigment and lead to less fallout. I personally use it for more glam looks since Idk if you need it for an everyday look(the soft base should be better for that). Does the job though and WELL and also keeps my eyeshadow in place for longer
Good for the price, but you have to know how to use it. But it does hold pigments very well and also chunky glitters
