a2o Lab Eau de Parfum

Got all six and had my own little smell party, a lot of them use a lot of the same basic notes so we're not talking a lot of variety or complexity out of each scent. But these are my first impressions and "grade" the lasting power seems to vary with each but you can always make scents last longer if you know how to apply them correctly (no scented lotions or body care before, using emollient lotions that give the scent something to grab onto and stay with the skin) for the price any of these are worthwhile. None of them stink, none of them end in that finish that some cheap perfumes end in, that nasty, cigarette smoke from an elderly lady who's been at the slots for a week and needs a shower and one less scotch. But there's none of that I could detect so you are pretty safe.

Kiss In The Rain
Meyer lemon/bergamot/purple freesia: Very sheer, light, but clean, and has this warmth to it, Love it. A+

Glass Roses
Pomegranate/Rose/Jasmine: Hmmm very forward on the pomegranate, also light, kind of one note.. B

Cashmere Spice
Citrus/Rose/Jasmine: another clean, light floral. A

Velvet Dreams
Yuzu/Violet Leaves/Woody Amber: Deeper, has almost a candy smell? Or cookie? B

Vanilla Lullaby
Plum/Freesia/Sandalwood/Sunflower: Smells of a plate of warm cookies on top of a dryer. A

Love So Sweet
Ylang ylang/woody/Jasmine: Ooooh the most depth and complexity. Almost cologn-y mmmmm so nice. A+

So that's my quick review on Miss A's foray into fragrance. I approve and think they came up with some cute, everyday, lovely scents you can find one even if you sample just a couple or try to get all six to have and experiment with blending. It is a fun set. And quite generous with the sizes for the tag price.

It smells Oriental. Really nice. For the price it's a winner.

I was pretty excited when I got a notification that perfume was released. I've tried some body sprays and masks from this website, and I wasn't disappointed about those. I ordered "Velvet Dreams", which has notes of "Yuzu, Violet Leaves and Amber". Truth be told, it mostly smells like plain vanilla at first, but later settles to a slightly deeper amber scent. But, as I said in the title, a solid $3 perfume. I'll be keeping this in my bag to freshen up throughout the day.

My curiosity couldn’t be contained. I’m a fragrance-head who loved indie perfume. I purchased one of each (at $3 a bottle it was easy).

These are very nice. Not terribly complex, but do not smell cheap. So far, they’ve been 6+ hour wear on me (but I’ve only worn Kiss in the Rain and Vanilla Lullaby)

I bought Love So Sweet and Velvet Dream and here are my thoughts on them:

Love So Sweet - my favorite of the two! It’s zesty, sweet and lightly floral to me. Ylang Ylang is my favorite floral scent. I find this to be pretty unisex too. If you like a clean floral scent that isn’t powdery you will like this.

Velvet Dreams - this fragrance has a deep amber vanilla scent, very sultry and feminine. I don’t notice as much of the other notes (yuzu and violet leaves) as I do the amber, but it’s still very nice.

Overall these are a crazy steal for 3 dollars each with good lasting power. I will be buying another love so sweet and another fragrance to try!
