Thought I’d try this as it looked similar to COVERGIRL Fill + Shape + Define Brow Powder, and it is almost identical. The only difference is that the wand is a tiny bit more stiff and it has a bit of fallout. I also use it to soften my eyeliner and it doesn’t budge. (In reference to a previous review saying this ‘liquid’ arrived ‘dried up’, that would be because this item is a powder. It’s right in the name 🤷🏻♀️)
I got the dark brown and you do have to apply it a few times to get a dark brown. Otherwise it turns out more reddish than brown. It is loose powder so does tend to do some fall out but it’s easy to just brush that away with a fluffy brush.
I use the dark brown for my eyebrows and I love it! And the brown is perfect for fake freckles.
