I got #4, and it's shockingly good. The colors go on light, so you do need to build--maybe 4 or 5 passes with color for some of them. But they're pretty colors, and I was able to build them so they were as intense as even the best shadows I own. I'm not a fan of shimmer, but these were suffienctly subtle that they didn't bother me.

And they lasted all day with no fading. I'm not making that up. Moreover, most shimmer shadow color will fade while the shimmer stays obnoxiously shimmery. Not these. They looked exactly like I applied them in the morning. The blush was a beautiful, delicate color. Darker toned beauties may find them better as highlights.

Caveats:
1) I use the best shadow primer - Wet n Wild is like cement. Ulta is next best.
2) Over that I layer white primer (which slides around on its own, which is why I pair it up w cement). I'm very fair, so I do this with all shadows. Otherwise all the base, light, and mid tones don't show up on me.
3) I use a setting spray.

Needless to say, I came back and ordered more, of this and the Santee 12 eyeshadow kits on another page. They are both 2" x 4.25". These are replacing my go-to dailies, and their size makes them perfect for travel.

pleasantly surprised by the colors

I bought Color 4. The blushes have a very slight shimmer but aren't overly sparkly, and are very pretty. I have light skin and was looking for a subtle blush, and I'm happy with these. The eyeshadows aren't what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised. The white one doesn't show up much, but the pink has a beautiful pearly shimmer. The ones that look brown in the pan are actually a gorgeous metallic gold! I wasn't looking for gold eyeshadows, but the finish on these is so nice (better than any other $1 eyeshadow in my collection), I'll find a way to use them. I'm applying them over primer with a brush.
Unfortunately the blushes are a bit crumbly/powdery, like they weren't pressed enough. Some product will probably get lost, but I'm sure I'll still get at least $1 use out of this.

First haul on this website. It was bad since my sharpener was missing and there was a moldy or algae growing eyeshadow. I got my $1 refund but it was not satisfying. What if I applied it and didn’t see.

This palette is probably about the only thing that I really liked from my purchase. It has the colors I want and it’s clean. Will be getting the Santee primer on my next purchase.

It’s a comprehensive palette. The blusher is okay for an everyday look but not if your skin is dark. There are other blushers more pigmented on this website but I don’t want to look like a clown.
The eyeshadows are okay. The Browns show up, the pink didn’t show up but added some shimmer.

I think I can work with this palette. It’s clean and the Color selection is good. Like someone actually put some though when putting the colours together.

Use the CORRECT brushes & primer to apply

Listen, These little kits can be AMAZING, so long as you use the proper brushes to apply them and a primer. I have kits 1 & 2, and the blushes are great! As for the eyeshadows, they are even BETTER. You just have to use a primer first, then apply the shadow with a fluffy (not flat) brush. It'll pick up the pigment better and loosen the product, so all the color will go on YOU. Just remember, a primer can be your best friend! I use the Kleancolor Matte Primer found here on ShopMissA.com, and my shadows have been showing up BETTER than my more expensive shadows (Especially the blue color in the palette #1)! INSANELY GOOD!
