L.A. Colors - Eyeliner Pencil - Black

I love this eyeliner it was a little hard to apply at first but it lasts all day without any smudging at all and didn't come off like other eyeliners I've used before. I Highly recommend this eyeliner

I love this eyeliner so much. I use it to tight line my upper lash line before going in with liquid eyeliner. I find it to be the best. I've been using it consistently for years and always have backups, so it's great that it's also affordable.

This eyeliner works well. It goes on smoothly and easily. Seems to hold up just fine. Great price for a decent eyeliner.

So honestly have never bought this off this site but they sell them in a Dollar tree by my house. I bought it not expecting it to be too great but ended up really liking it and I picked up another one earlier today (: I use it almost daily on my waterline
