Sand Castle shade

I got this thinking it would be a good brow bone color. Unfortunately, it's a bit too reflective for that. So I will instead have to use it either on my lid or in the corners of my eyes. It's very shiny. I prefer a more matte color below the eyebrow. I knew it had shine from the pics, but it has that much and more. The packaging is good, the compact is large sized and it snaps shut tightly. Overall a good shadow, just not for the purpose I bought it for. It could most likely be used as a highlighter in a pinch, it's very illuminating and it has a nice, pale color.

I purchased Sand Castle thinking it would be a good base color and it looked more metallic in the picture, but once you start to use it it's very glittery. It's got decent-sized flakes of glitter in it which is not necessarily a turnoff, but it is misleading when looking for a metallic or matte color.
