The perfect companion color?

I got this and Toast, and now I want the rest, even though I usually dig into palettes. But I think this is such a perfect color for a lower lash line or inner corner or a touch on the upper lid or even liner (just wet an angled brush). It's brilliant, but not excessively shimmery. I think it works best blended over a base of neutrals or colors.

Nice color

I'm a sucker for a good blue eyeshadow. This shadow blends so easily. It's a vibrant shade but not too vibrant that it is unwearable. My mom uses this shade from time to time and she absolutely loves it as well. It goes on so easily and you only need a small swipe with the brush to get major color.

Beautiful true to pan blue. It’s giant lol. The texture is very gritty, hard and rough, a little difficult to work with a brush. Even wet, it’s a very sheer wash of color (which I personally like); don’t expect the color pay off in the photo swatch.
