I love using this shade as a base for my eyeshadow (love to wear mauvey tones so this shade works well). Can do an easy wash of color or can build it up. I kinda want them to return with more eyeshadow & highlighter shades. The ones I have make beautiful eye toppers.
It's not too dark and not too light, especially if you are between light and medium skintones. I like that it's not overly saturated and not dull either. Good for a more toned down or natural look.
I used only a little bit in the photo. It also got mostly hidden because of my monolid/hooded eyes covering most of it. Not the product's fault.
At the beginning, it was hard to make it work but once I scratched the surface of the product it worked as it should. I like the color and I want to buy more shades.
It's not what I thought of when I saw the word mousse, it resonates more with velour. It is a very soft powder, and a nice color. I bought it for somewhat of a nude look, and it works nicely. I also purchased the Express for a friend with a lighter skintone than mine. It recommends putting it on with your fingers, but I liked the results better with a brush. A good amount for the price!
while it’s not as creamy as the shimmer shades, it’s definitely buildable and not patchy at all. I love it!
