Great Products,But...

I love everything I've recieved ,especially the Big Boss mascara,I've bought $26.00 mascaras from that French company that rhymes with comb,that never worked as well.
I have one problem,on my last order I never recieved products I ordered,but was charged for them.
How do I correct this?
I love your products,but I'm not happy with the service.

Under eyes! These are great. A much better way to get sharp brow lines! Buying more.

Really Like These!

The precision tip is exactly what I was looking for to help clean around some of my ear piercings. Standard cotton swabs are too soft and large to get into tight spaces and leave tons of lint behind. These are firm, lint-free and make cleaning around jewelry a breeze.
