The blue is sooo opaque, long lasting, easy to apply & easy to wear at any age. I used a thin, half upper eye only blue close to lashes as possible with peachy shades to make my navy-grey eyes POP.
Perfect for graphic designs for under 30's, too (BUT WEAR IT HOWEVER, AT ANY AGE;)

Better than the Kat Von D blue!!!

The colour is almost an electric/neon blue, AND I tested it on my hand with the A0A setting spray AND OMG!! I washed my hands several times & even did 3 full skincare routines & 3x applying Bio Oil & it only came off after 2 DAYS, using the A0A cloths. Better than Urban Decay 24/7 & $23 cheaper!!
Just buy it!

STAYS PUT

I have a terrible time with eyeliners, because my greasy lids make me turn into a panda. I decided to try this, since I had not bothered with liquid in ages, and this stays put! I did not do a dramatic wing so YMMV, but a thin line of my upper lid stayed perfect through an entire workday.
