Hair so smooth after highlights and being in the pool

I brought this with me on vacation, along with the shampoo, and it made my hair so ridiculously soft and smooth after being in the pool. Before using this my hair felt dry, since I also had just gotten it lightened, and this was exactly what my hair needed after the torture I put it thru. Again, I brought it on vacation and it was the perfect amount to put in my carry on.

How I repeat HOW is this the best conditioner I’ve ever used?? I have straight fine-medium hair that is also dry and frizzy. This conditioner makes my hair so smooth and shiny I can’t believe it. I don’t even have to blow dry my hair and it still turns out beautiful. Please don’t sell out or discontinue this or I will cry

Works but...

It made my hair wonderfully soft, but it also made my skin break out like crazy! I would recommend this to people who don't break out easily and need extra moisture for their hair. 4 stars because it was good for my hair but bad for my skin.
