I dampen this first with water and use it primarily to bake setting powder under my eyes. It has a stiffer consistency which is perfect for that!

Like a lot of these reviews are saying, wet the sponge! Of course, it’ll be firm when it’s dry and hard to blend. When wet, it’s so soft and easy to blend in product. I love using these for under the eyes. The sponge is so convenient and definitely the best sponge I own!
