I got this eyeliner for just trying out, it's glossy, smudge proof and waterproof for 2 dollars??? The applicator is a bit stiff, but the very end is wonderful for wings and thin lines. It took some time to get the eyeliner off with makeup remover.

I have bought different brands of eyeliners and a few from here. But this one made the top 3 for me. And for the price, it was a deal! If I knew this one was great, I would have bought 2 more to have it in stock.

The eyeliner is all right. The pen applicator is a little bit weird and stiff. Other than that it seems all right especially for two bucks. It didn’t come off at work.
