highly pigmented

This is more like a liquid lipstick to me rather than a gloss. It's verrrry pigmented which is cute but the name seems misleading to me so I think it's good to know what you're getting. It can stain the lips but I like to leave it on for a lipstain, then wipe it off a bit and use a clear gloss. Still very pretty but not what a gloss usually is.
