Great for oily skin!

I have oily skin and no matter how much powder I use under my eyes, no mascara, waterproof or not, will stay without giving me raccoon eyes. This mascara is a freaking god send because it doesn't smudge at all, and the tiny brush separates my lashes so well. I will definitely be purchasing this for as long as they keep making it.
