Good but not good enough

Doesn't stay in waterline would be the only complaint. It's nice dark black... All good.

Decent color, but transfers

The pigmentation on this is decent, definitely black and not a faded black/gray. I tested it on the back of my hand and wiped at it right after, and it smeared immediately. Passed a tissue over it, and it pretty much fell off entirely. I wore it on my eyes for a full day, and there was a distinct shadow in my crease from the eyeliner and smudginess at the corners, but the color itself hadn't faded too much. This could probably be a decent eyeliner with some more deliberate setting, either with some kind of makeup lock-and-seal or black eyeshadow.
