Buy this....Its a silicon based eye primer...it doesn't have much oil in it

Compare the ingredients to the other Aoa eye primer. As someone who needs things to stay put, I chose this one because it does not contain mineral oil as a primary ingredient. Summers are hot and makeup melts away. Please make heat proof, sweat proof waterproof products. I do not know why miss a does not make more summer-proof, work-proof, sweat-proof products.
